She shall co-administer the creation as her heart of love and compassion dictate, and (3) I hereby declare the town of Harcourt, Victoria, Australia, as The Holy City, New Jerusalem as originally proclaimed by Me on April 6th 2010, as prophesied: KJV Revelation 21:1-7, And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
