The claim amount has to be calculated based on the total value of all consumer contracts which are affected by the plaintiff's action, according to Sec. 24 (1) of the Hungarian Code of Civil Procedure and Sec. 39 (1) and 40 (1) of the Hungarian Duties Act. The total value of all consumer contracts which are affected by the plaintiff's action amounts to 3,178,448,302,574 Hungarian Forint. [~10 billion -EUR] This amount is the claim value."
