Maintain a continuous listening watch to IOANNIS KAPODISTRIAS APPROACH/TOWER and give position reports on the compulsory reporting points. A deviation from the routes and / or altitudes affords a clearance from IOANNIS KAPO DISTRIAS APPROACH prior entering Ioannis Kapodistrias TMA or imm ediately after departu re.
