THAT’S AMORE CHEESE

That’s Amore Cheese Caciotta can be found on the Italian table and is a very traditional rural and artisanal cheese. The name is derived from the Italian word cacio, meaning cheese. Caciotta is made from fresh cow’s milk and has a semi-soft texture, mild flavour and soft rind. In our chilli version, the cheese is mixed with chilli flakes during the making process.
