There’s something about talking to Jordan Parker that cheers you up. As we get older, it gets easier and easier to believe that there are no young people left with any interest in the cars we love. You start to wonder what’ll happen to these cars, the specialist businesses… the classic American scene as a whole. And then you have a chat with a 22-year-old who only ever wanted one thing: “A 1967 Ford Mustang coupe. Black with a red interior or Candy Apple red with a black interior. I was always pretty sure about that,” says Jordan.
