The ties that bind

It was meant to be. When Caroline Gabriel and Shaun Bowden went looking for a property in Melbourne’s near countryside, their wish list included a reasonable train commute to the city, a town with a strong sense of community and culture, and a variety of restaurants, theatres and entertainment options.
