KYIV, Ukraine - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy's team realized it had a potential problem in U.S. relations on May 10, when Rudolph W. Giuliani told Fox News that a Ukrainian advisor to the newly elected leader was a Trump enemy.
"I'm convinced that (Zelenskiy) is surrounded by people who are enemies of the president, and one person in particular, who is clearly corrupt and involved in this scheme," Giuliani said.
