WEST Somerset Railway plc chairman Jonathan Jones-Pratt said that“real progress”is being made in returning the heritage line to viability, despite reported losses exceeding £800,000.
The company’s delayed annual report and accounts show the 22-mile railway had been losing more than £12,000 a week over the 15 months leading to March 2019.
