A kind of magic...

LIMONCELLO AND PROSECCO JELLY

Delicious as an elegant appetiser or dessert.

SERVES 6

7 leaves of gelatine
8tbsp limoncello
1½tbsp caster sugar 500ml Prosecco
Edible gold glitter

1 Put the gelatine in a bowl of cold water for 5min or until soft. Squeeze the leaves and discard the water.

2 Put the limoncello into a bowl that fits snugly over a pan of boiling water. Add the gelatine and sugar, and heat gently until dissolved. Remove from the heat, cool slightly, then add the Prosecco. Pour into a jug.

Pour the mixture into four serving glasses, filling them almost to the top. Refrigerate until set. Dust with the gold
