EXPERT ADVICE

advice from a food truck caterer

for weddings, what’s the difference between serving from a food truck and a traditional catering company?

Serving from a food truck is great in that guests get a unique level of interaction with the people preparing their food. We offer four types of service: food truck, buffet, family and plated. But there are limitations: It’s extremely challenging to serve parties of 100 to 200 guests in a short time frame if the truck is serving the main meal. There’s too much waiting in line.

what’s your advice if a couple has a large guest list but still wants the food truck vibe?

Do appetizers from the food truck during your cocktail hour, then shift toward a different style of service for dinner.
