4 small skinless salmon fillets

For the rice

Few squirts olive oil spray
2 onions, 1 finely chopped, 1 finely sliced
1 red pepper, finely diced
1tsp each cumin and turmeric
200g (7oz) basmati rice
Large handful coriander leaves, chopped
