IN SEASON VEGE BROCCOLI

BROCCOLI & WALNUT PESTO

PREP + COOK TIME 15 mins MAKES 1½ cups

 ½ cup FreshLife walnut pieces
 1 small broccoli, cut into florets
 2 cloves garlic, crushed
 handful of basil leaves
 handful of baby spinach leaves (optional)
cup grated parmesan cheese
 ¼ cup oil, approx
 salt, to season
 squeeze of lemon juice

Preheat oven to 190°C. Roast walnuts
