On top of dance rehearsals for her live shows, Lopez is dedicated to regular workout sessions.“I do hour-long circuits at least three times a week. It’s full-body training – so planks, push-ups, boxing – really everything,”she says. “It’s all about changing it up and keeping your body guessing.”

“I don’t drink, or smoke, or have caffeine,” she says.“That really wrecks your skin as you get older.”She uses glycolic acid products for that‘healthy glow’and considers going to bed with her makeup on a cardinal beauty sin.

Lopez’s style has remained bold and fun for years. These days, she’s still wearing the signature hoops, pony tails and midriff tops she rocked when she was starting out.“Growing up in the‘80s gave me my first fashion influences,”she says. “The baggy jeans and the shell-toe adidas and the Timberland boots and lots and lots and lots of jewellery!”
