    The look that has been popular for the past few seasons shows no signs of slowing down. As with men, designers are offering plaid designs on mohair and cashmere. Grey is at the forefront of colors, with the entry of brown and camel in some collections.

    The autumn/winter 2019 runways offered new styles of tailoring but also provided the template for many of this season’s other trends:, brand manager at Hugo Boss. The slim fit design results in an elegant, chic style. It features a low popped collar, one button front, long sleeves and a lined jacket. Alexander McQueen’s collection emphasizes the waist thanks to a fabric waistband. In terms of reinventing the silhouette, two approaches emerged: Sharp, angular cuts that Saint Laurent and Alexander McQueen relied on, and shapely hourglass curves that Mugler, Givenchy, and Marc Jacobs used in their collections. The common denominator is wide, statement shoulders that play with proportions and augment confidence levels.
