New perceptions on industry

In an exclusive interview with Lebanon Opportunities, the Minister of Industry, Wael Abou Faour, discussed the procedures the Ministry has adopted to boost the industrial sector. He said that the country will apply reciprocity on imports, and will place technical barriers on countries that are imposing constraints on exports. Abou Faour announced that the second battle the Ministry will fight is to reduce the cost of doing business for industry, and the launching of bids for the creation of industrial zones.
