Range Manners

The article on range manners and safety in your October issue was informative. Our Club in Windhoek has found that for safe operation, you mostly (but not exclusively) need to comply with TWO rules:

1. The range is only operational with a dedicated Range Officer on duty.

2. A bolt may only be in a rifle when the range is closed for shooting.
