Southern-Style Potluck

PULLED PORK SANDWICHES WITH CAROLINA MUSTARD SAUCE

Makes 8 to 10 servings

½ cup stone-ground mustard
½ cup yellow mustard
½ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ cup cane syrup
¼ cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 tablespoon chipotle pepper purée (see Kitchen Tip)
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Pulled pork, buns, and coleslaw, to serve

In a small saucepan, bring all mustard, vinegar, cane syrup, brown sugar, chipotle purée, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and pepper to a boil over
