What is your daily routine like?

“My day starts at 5.30 am and that is my time for meditation. Then, I spend some time with my daughter, pack her off to school after which I hit the gym or do yoga. Before starting work I go to the temple and then, sit for my appointments in office and work till late hours.”

What do you think one must do every day for the mind-body-soul to be in balance?

“Ideally, one should start the day as they say ‘by making love’ and when I say making love I mean it in a way where you are just connected to your deeper self, to nature and to your mind.
