ADA’S TEMPTING TUNA SALAD

“I’m not a gourmet cook by any means, but one – is a tuna salad. Essentially it’s a can of tuna – any can will do, but I love the chilli tuna variety for extra flavour and there’s some oil already through it. I mix that with spinach, chopped tomato, avocado and cucumber, and then crumble in some feta cheese. I find that with the avocado and cheese you don’t really need a dressing. It’s just really quick, easy and – most importantly – tasty!”
