Much of what we collect today isn’t exactly “high tech.” Even with items associated with the newest branch of the military — the U.S. Space Force — this isn’t likely to change. However, technology has certainly impacted the military collectibles hobby over the past 25 years.

The internet has connected collectors like never before. In the past, long distance phone calls and letter writing was how most collectors connected with friends who shared interests.
