Pork, Apple & Sage

Prep 15 mins (+ marinating) | Cook 10 mins | Serves 4

750 g pork loin steaks, cut into 3 cm cubes
¼ cup olive oil
1 tbsp shredded sage
2 tsps fennel seeds, roughly crushed
2 large red onions, each cut into 12 wedges
2 red apples, each cut into 8 wedges
8 metal skewers

SALAD

3 cups shredded red cabbage¼ cup toasted walnuts, chopped2 tbsps olive oil1 tbsp lemon juice2 tbsp fried sage
