Spicy chicken sangas!

Get excited about lunch again with these tasty tikka baguettes

SERVES 4 Slice 3 small chicken breasts or 4 deboned chicken thighs into strips. Heat 1 tsp vegetable oil in a large nonstick frying pan. Add chicken and stir-fry for 1 min. Add base and main sauce from 1 pack of The Spice Tailor Original Tikka Masala (keep the spices from packet for another dish). Bring to a gentle simmer for 5-6 mins
