□ 50g wholewheat noodle nest□ Calorie controlled cooking spray□ 165g skinless chicken breast fillet, thinly sliced□ 1 carrot, peeled into ribbons using a vegetable peeler□ 80g baby corn, sliced□ ½ red pepper, deseeded and finely sliced□ 50g mangetout□ 2 garlic cloves, finely sliced□ 10g cashew nuts□ ½ tablespoon dark soy sauce□ 2 tablespoons oyster sauce□ 1 teaspoon cornflour□ ½ teaspoon Chinese five spice
