HEADING FOR DEPRESSION

Q I’ve suffered bouts of depression since my teens. With my first pregnancy (five years ago), everything went smoothly, and even though I was worried about postnatal depression, it didn’t occur. However, with my current pregnancy, I can feel the darkness approaching. I struggled with secondary infertility, I lost my job recently due to Covid-19, and I’m feeling very anxious about the upcoming c-section, as I’m scared of going to hospital and the possibility that my husband and child won’t be allowed to visit me.
