Dealing with your ANXIETY BEAST

As humans, we are hardwired to seek safety and certainty. That’s a nearly impossible quest in the current climate, making anxiety a constant unwelcome companion. Psychologist Dr Eric Goodman says it’s time to see anxiety for what it is – an overprotective, well-meaning bodyguard with the impulse control of a toddler.

Anxiety can feel like a voracious beast, howling loudly when you are trying to sleep.

Its bellowing distracts you when you want to focus.
