NIGGLE #1: NAUSEA

In your first trimester, the very thought of food can make you want to gag. Nausea can make it very difficult to get the nutrients needed to keep you and your baby healthy. Here’s a salad packed with easy-to-stomach vegetarian protein (quinoa) as well as fresh fruit and ginger – an age-old antidote to nausea.
