Why we’re all a bit INTROVERT

None of us are one-dimensional characters, and if lockdown has taught us anything, it’s how to harness all sides of our personalities to deal with our roles as volunteers, homeschoolers or Zoom experts. No one is 100% introvert or extrovert, and many of us fall in the middle of the spectrum as ambiverts. Whichever one you identify with most, you can learn to develop your self-awareness by recognising your reactions and making the most of your strengths.
