Following the success of cold-brew coffee, brands are getting on board with cold-brew tea, with the likes of Bird & Blend () and Mariage Frères offering blended collections designed for cold brewing and iced teas. The latter’s new Pink Cactus blend – made with red rooibos and cactus morsels – makes a fruity, thirst-quenching brew designed to be drunk over ice (›40/jar; ). Last year saw new brand Saicho () launch with its elegant range of single-variety sparkling cold-brew teas, designed to match with food, while Fortnum & Mason launched a sparkling tea packaged in a champagne-like bottle. Its latest release, a sparkling rosé, matches fresh, floral and fruity notes with crisp bubbles and elegant dryness (£16.95/75cl; ).
