Ching He Huang’s special fried rice

Ching’s recipe is quick and easy, but be sure to have all the ingredients prepped for stress-free ‘wokking’!

SERVES 2 PREP 10 MINS COOK 20 MINS

3tbsp rapeseed oil
2 organic eggs, beaten
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 inch of fresh root ginger, finely grated
3 spring onions, sliced to 0.5cm rounds
50g diced smoked bacon lardons
