Pork and fennel rag

Take a break from your usual spaghetti bolognese with this delicious alternative, made with tasty pork and fragrant fennel.

SERVES 4 PREP 5 MINS COOK 30 MINS

500g lean pork mince (5% fat or less)
2tsp fennel seeds, lightly crushed
1 large fennel bulb, chopped, fronds reserved (see tip)
750g passata with onions and garlic
500g dried linguine (or tagliatelle)
