I think that if the video assistant referee (VAR) was a human being, it would have committed suicide by now, or at least been in an asylum for the mentally ill.
It was supposed to be the best thing since sliced bread or, as a former boss of mine at Western Deep Levels Gold Mine once said, since Pa fell off the bus.
