    A talented musician, brimming with ambition, Anthony Hill could have taken many different paths in life.

    So his mum Carolyn Baylor Giummo wasn’t too happy when Anthony decided to join the United States Air Force.

    Naturally, Carolyn worried about her son. But he was determined.

    He even had his grandad’s motto, Be sensible, tattooed on his chest.

    Anthony went on to serve across the world, including in Afghanistan.
