Jumbo investment in women’s cycling

In 2021, eight teams in the women’s peloton will have a namesake in the men’s WorldTour, with the launch of the new Jumbo-Visma women’s team the latest in a growing line of sponsors that house both men’s and women’s squads. In October, the Dutch team announced they would be setting up a women’s team, spearheaded by Marianne Vos and born in part through a collaboration with the Parkhotel-Valkenburg team.
