Tofu skewers with satay sauce and quick pickled onions
• 400g firm tofu, cut into 1cm cubes
• 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
• 1 tbsp chilli powder
FOR THE PICKLED ONIONS
• ½ small red onion or 3 spring onions, finely sliced
• 50ml cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp sugar
• Squeeze of lime juice
• 1 tsp fish sauce
• 1 tsp chilli flakes
