Pizza Pull-apart Loaf

SERVES 6, PREP + COOK: 25 MINS

INGREDIENTS

1 oval sourdough loaf (550g)
250g semi-dried tomatoes, chopped
¹/ ³ cup (55g) chopped pitted Sicilian green olives
2 tbsp chopped basil
¼ cup (60ml) extra-virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 cup (100g) coarsely grated mozzarella

METHOD

1 Preheat oven to 180°C.

2 Line an oven tray with baking paper. Using a serrated knife, cut sourdough loaf 2cm apart
