About this audiobook
* capable of more than you are accomplishing
* frustrated that you are not making more money
* stuck in a rut and not getting what you want
* bored with yourself
* silently enduring an emotionally barren life or marriage
* trudging, zombie-like, through an unchallenging career
* just "going through the motions" of your life
* living in a comfort zone that yields too little challenge
* living a lonely existence with little hope for change
then hold on as Dr. Phillip McGraw takes you on a guided tour of your life to honestly label the problems and causes that control your destiny.
Life Strategies will give you the most honest explanation of your life and how you got where you are that has ever been published. Dr. McGraw is results-based and measures success in terms of changed lives, not rhetoric. This audiobook is a plain-talk, entertaining way to learn to take control of your life, right now. In this audiobook, the author describes the ten Laws of Life that every person needs to know. Learn them, use them, and improve virtually every aspect of your life, from work to home to spiritual to physical. Ignore them and you'll continue to pay the price.

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5A workbook from the prolific Dr Phil who provides various strategies to improve your life. Encourages readers to identify goals and work towards them. It is successful, but only if readers actually complete the exercises.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Good Book!
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I like the no-nonsense approach to counseling that he and others are starting to advocate. 1. You either get it, or you don't. 2. You create your own experience. 3. People do what works. 4. You cannot change what you do not acknowledge. 5. Life rewards action. 6. There is no reality; only perception. 7. Life is managed; it is not cured. 8. We teach people how to treat us. 9. There is power in forgiveness. 10. You have to name it to claim it.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5The secret to life is not just making a gigantic notebook full of lists. Dr Phil should stop writing books and shouldn't point at you or make a fist on the covers. It is not inspiring.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Life-changing! Dr Phil tells readers how to make the changes they want to see in their lives - IF they truly want change, rather than excuses.
