About this audiobook
The Zen Habits Handbook for Life is a compilation of Leo Babauta's best articles on living from a Zen Habits perspective. What will this book teach you to do? Basically the same things that Zen Habits aims for overall: how to simplify your life, how to live a happier life, how to be more productive with less stress, how to achieve your dreams. The book includes chapters on decluttering, single-tasking, eliminating nonessentials, planning your day, clearing your inbox, getting motivated, cultivating compassion, boosting self-confidence, living consciously, and much more! Think of it as a little handbook for a better life.

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5A nice little book with good advice, delivered with humour. Shame there’s no book version on here so I could save pages to refer back to.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Very helpful book. I loved it. Thanks this book made a big impact on my life
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Just basic (but good) stuff. If you begin with the organization concept. It's okay for you
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Great little book, full of practical and timeless wisdom. Golden rule is something you can construct your life around and frankly, we all should. There is way too much "me" and "I" in the world today and this book offers a framework for a different perspective. I really enjoyed it and took my time with it. For an updated view on all these topics, by the autor itself, listen to Tim Ferriss show, episode 488. Leo is an amazing human and the only reason why I didn't give this audio book 5 stars is because it wasn't read by him. Listen to the mentioned show, it will be clear to you why I've said it :).
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5This is a print collection of the ideas in the authors blog. It's useful information, but all content I've seen. But that's because I follow similar blogs. For someone new to the ideas of GTD and simplicity, this could be a useful primer.
