I couldn't even make it through all of the first chapter. There's absolutely no way I could listen to this narrator for 16 hours. I'm physically cringing at all the swallowing. You, narrator, are allergic to something around you all the time or something you eat. Get to an allergist! I can hear your post nasal drip. It's so bad. Otherwise, maybe you have chronic dry mouth. I don't know, I'm not a doctor, just a disgusted, neurodivergent person who's having a slight, sensory-related panic attack. I heard the cough drop in your mouth! You didn't cut out the sound fast enough.

This is the story of Diane Chadwick and how she urges her family to move west to her uncle's ranch in Montana Territory, after the death of their father. The tragedies, the friendships made and the faith renewed all make this wagon train adventure worth reading.
