- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5I like Dr. Hyman and his work but I was expecting to hear him read/narrate his book, not to listen to a one-hour lecture. I don't consider what I got for this as my listening to an audiobook version of his book - it was something else, entirely, even if he covered much of the same material.

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Lot of great information and pretty much love everything doctor I'm into us. Only issue I have with this is that the sound quality was kind of poor and sometimes the doctor speaks very quickly and is difficult to understand. You would still recommended as a primer
