- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I can probably write a very lengthy and detailed review explaining why I love this book so much and why you would too. Seriously, do yourself a favor, and read and listen to this book. Your future self will thank you.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I used this book as my training program for a relay race I signed up for but choose not to take the time to train for. It worked impeccably! On the last leg of the relay I was talking to my partner how we've done so well and told her about this book most of the run and we ran that leg way faster per mile than our first two! It was crazy to see how it worked for both of us, even though I was the only one who even did the mental exercise! I'm totally sold on it's ability! I think I just need to get my list going for what I'm going to try to change about myself; stopping smoking, changing infertility, I'm sure I'll add more! It was crazy fun to see it with such a short timeframe!

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is the best book ever written. This helps me understand the science behind the power of the mind. I read a lot of self help book but im struggling to apply those concepts. By understanding the nature behind how our mind works made it easy for me to apply in reality.

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5I want to leave a review after I listen again and Scribd won't let me skip review to go back .
I accidentally left the audio book on when I went to bed and now the app won't let me go hack to where my conscious left off.
SO FAR I'm quite happy with the book. I'm at WEEK 1 meditations and questions you ask yourself about the YOU you want to change. The areas, feelings, and behaviors you want to rid yourself of. In order to get back to the point where I left off,, I'm being forced by Scribd app to leave a rating Now.
That is bothersome.
So far the book is helping me to look at the things I DON'T like about my habits. Observe and detach from my physical ego and time. I think Dispenza goes into far more detail than necessary for the average reader about every single aspect of the brain. I wish he'd get on with it because I'm excited to get to the good stuff, so I can experience my transformation sooner.2 people found this helpful

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Very helpful book with wonderful concepts and perspectives. The knowledge gained from this book has further shifted my view on myself and reality and I am already noticing changes since integrating that knowledge into my life and practice. It's now an ongoing journey, unfolding each day...

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5This book feels like otter nonsense, and if you are not lazy, looking up the evidence for it is quite easy. And just because there are people who think positive and good staff has happened to them in hard times, proves NOTHING.

- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5An atom is only there when you look at it? They know or are learning something like this. But I can't comprehend that my looking at something makes it exist. How that might relate to making myself better, I can't imagine. This book is too much for me.
