- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I'll admit that I cried the entire time I listened to this audiobook [while reading the physical book]. Not because it's sad, but because I would have given ANYTHING to have had a similar book to guide me through caring for my mental health before I reached rock bottom, and I can't stop thinking of all the people this book will help! Oh, Kati, you have done it again; you never fail to amaze me <3
