- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Full disclosure I didn't finish, but from what I listened to I got the impression there's no advice if you're overweight. And the mention of getting to a healthy weight before pregnancy was mentioned a few times. (Good advice but for some that's a bit challenge). As an overweight person who's expecting, I didn't like hearing that in a book I'm using for advice.
