About this audiobook
For seven years, Jasmine Allen's closest friend has been the strong, sexy, and deliciously stern Rahul Khan. He's gorgeous, noble, and 100% off-limits-because party animal Jasmine doesn't do relationships. She can't. Not when everything she touches turns to dust.
Rahul's a man of principle, which is how he's survived being in love with Jas for so long. The rebellious beauty is his only sinful desire, and he crushes his urges with an iron fist-until disaster drives Jas into his spare bedroom for a month. The woman he wants above all others has never been so close . . .
When Rahul realizes that Jasmine might just want him too, all bets are off. She may be reckless and reluctant to love, but she's also his. And in this game of lust, Rahul's playing to win.
Contains mature themes.

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Great story as always! Unfortunately mediocre narration (especially cringey during the sex scenes).

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5I usually enjoy this author's work but i thought this was just okay. Sex scenes were cringey and book failed to keep my attention.... I played candy crush on my phone while listening and I fell asleep during many parts.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This was pretty frickin HOT!!!
But the one-sided love bit for *7 years* . . . I'm not sure if I found it sweet or if it rubbed me the wrong way . . . But everything else was great! It didn't feel unrealistic. Like, they were actually in love when they ended up as roomies for a month. Despite whether they were acknowledging those feelings or not. I like it.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Brilliant! The easy/uneasy way human emotion and feelings are so torturously exposed and shared. The inner voides and passions. I feel exposed and renewed.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Talia Hibbert's writing always catches me by surprise. By now, I expect a gem, but I never quite know what kind of gem it will be and I forget to be surprised. This made me laugh: not surprising. But it also made me cry: which definitely was surprising. It's so gratifying to see well fleshed out character behave exactly as you expect them, but still to grow. Never do I find myself stopping to think "as if someone with THAT personality would react in THAT way".
A beautiful story all around. Oh... And Hella spicy to boot. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Cute & Sexy... and oh, so real! Sometimes it takes a while.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5I like a slow burn but this felt like a slow tepid. Neither main character was particularly appealing and the conflict seemed forced. The worst thing by far, though, were the accents the narrator used - Jazz was supposed to sound like Joanna Lumley and instead she came over like Nora Batty! And Rahul, who could reasonably have sounded Northern, had a thick Indian accent! I'm DNFing this one, which is rare for a book by this author.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5The book is great as always with Talia Hibbert, but this narrator destroyed The Princess Trap with terrible accents and he did it again in this book! ?

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is seriously amped up best friends to lovers, and it’s amazing. There’s a lot of angst in unrequited love and other issues, but it has the most gorgeous couple finally making love work for them.
