- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Wonderful audiobook! The affirmations were so calming that my usually jangling nerves were soothed and I drifted off before the book was even finished. It usually takes me an hour or so to go under, but not this time. Instead of thinking of daily issues I closed my eyes, listening to positive thoughts. Slept straight through the night for the first time in ages. Thank you!
