      This is American based, I’m English. Some things are relevant here and some are not. Some things are the same but have different names.
      This book is chirpy uplifting inspiring but can also be a lot of information to take on board with lots of different options
      Easily digestible if you put what is being spoken about/advised into action at that very moment and pause the book
