Good book. Terrible narration. The guy mispronounces words, stumbles and keeps continuing, stumbles and never edits the mistakes out. Disappointing.

Good book but the narrator sounds like a text-to-speech program. In fact, I'm pretty sure it's an artificial voice as the pronunciation is robotic - it's distracting makes the book very difficult to listen to.

The power of habits is like a neurolink. First we don’t feel it and then we can’t break it

it does give a good overview of the book itself, however if you are just listening to the summary, it does tend to get a little confusing.

I know it’s a summary but it still seems facile and random. Isn’t the marshmallow test way more complicated than that? Why only one social movement example? Was there nothing to learn from the October Revolution or the Obama era Tea Party? Would really rather here less from business owners and more from their employees.

It is such a great book because it uses research to explain how habits are formed and changed.
