One hour worth spending to change your point of view of how you receive message from others, how you formulate request and how you consider the "No" and finally why you should ban Apologies from your communications with others. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5As a starter, it helped me understanding how it works on real life as Marshall is the one conducting the exercises. Now it's time to dive into his book to learn a little bit more.
