About this audiobook
Ashton is a typical small town where everyone knows everyone else, and the pace of life is predictable. No one would suspect that Ashton has drawn powerful demonic beings to it. Planning to gain control of the town-and eventually the world-these evil forces are looking for allies. When Pastor Young and the town's newspaper reporter begin to discover this dark plan, they turn to God for guidance, but others have already succumbed to temptation. As angelic forces rally against the demons, breathtaking visions of spiritual warfare fill each fast-paced chapter. Richard Ferrone's dramatic narration highlights these powerful illustrations of the strength of prayer and faith. There are more than 2 million copies of This Present Darkness in print.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I’m not sure how I’ve gone my whole life without reading Frank. His writing style is awesome and I can see so many TV shows that have spun from his ideas. These 2 books really give you a fantastic picture of the spiritual warfare going on unseen around us in our world today. Just reading these books has helped me truly understand that prayer is a great and mighty weapon we have to use and I’ve been using it more than ever. This world we live in has become increasingly dark and these books shed some light on what it could look like behind the scenes.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book should be required ANNUAL reading for every Christian. This was my second listen and I'm ready for my third. It is perhaps the most life-changing novel I have ever "read."
