Reviews for HBR's 10 Must Reads 2021
14 ratings1 review
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5This 2021 edition from Harvard Business Review Press contains 10 articles, originally featured in 2019 and 2020 issues of Harvard Business Review. From pleas to treat climate change seriously, organize an inclusive, racial just, and diverse organization to rethinking the fallible feedback strategies we all have been using. The data you own to let your machine learning take place may only be a temporary competitive edge, and by hiring the traditional way you may end up with similar people you've had in your staff so far. Feelings of discomfort are like grief. You need to get through this and start anew. Each article has a summary panel with the main problem, cause, and solution presented by the respective authors. Article length is okay and its level of thoroughness kept me engaged until the last page.
