About this audiobook
Grace was kicked out of her extremely religious family when she decided to flee her loveless engagement to go to college. Isolated from her large family by her parent’s anger, she found herself drawn into a new sisterhood: The Ruby City Rollers, a small Midwestern roller derby team previously ranked 250 in the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association. On the day she officially makes the team, she also finds herself drawn closer to the cute ref she’s had a crush on forever.
Leather and Lace is a collection of romance stories featuring the members of The Ruby City Rollers. With a new coach and a fresh batch of players, will the small team achieve big things this season? Or will they get too distracted by all of the fun, flings, and real romances they experience along the way?

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Cute but I wish it was longer. It was a nice variety of stories about the team but it leaves us hanging about what happened to them.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This was a cute group of short stories about different members of the roller derby team. It wasn’t all the same type of relationships, which was cool. My two takeaways: god, I love women. I know when the next derby game is in my area
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5A fun and flirty collection of short stories. Maybe the reason I am still single is because people don't play roller derby in my country. Lol. Anyway, this was fun!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I really enjoyed this short story collection! Definitely liked the diversity of the characters and how every single one of the characters were likable. I would love to get a full novel from this group and author. A 5/5 for what it is…a short listen, romance, and I did laugh a few times. ALSO EVERYTHING CAME TOGETHER AT THE END. Also the writer is from Nashville, definitely enjoyed this collection!
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5I enjoyed the brief glimpses but really wanted more of the characters than the single bite we were given of each couple.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It was good story and characters but the story too short ?
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Short book of short stories that were basically all over the place. It was difficult to keep track of. Just when you settled in with one character, another story began with a new character. The flow was not great and it was difficult to see how they all tied in together. I gave up once I got to chapter four.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Loved it! Could read a whole book on each characters chapter! I want to read more by this author!
